Jayaram Bhat

With more than 40 years of experience, Jayaram has a proven track record of founding, leading, and investing in high-growth enterprise software companies.

 In addition to leading the team at Monetize360, Jayaram serves as a venture partner at Shasta Ventures, which specializes in investing in emerging enterprise, consumer, and platform companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of Cequence Security. Previously he invested in and was a member of the board of directors of Skycure Corporation which was acquired by Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) in 2017.

Previously, Jayaram led Squelch as well as Zenprise, which was acquired by Citrix in 2013. Prior to scaling and selling Zenprise, Jayaram served as the first VP of Marketing of Mercury Interactive, which successfully IPO’ed in 1993 and helped grow the company to a market cap in excess of $10B. He formerly held board positions at Tealeaf, which was acquired by IBM, as well as CyberArk (CYBR).

Jayaram received his B.E.. in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, his M.E. in industrial engineering from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, and his MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.He currently lives in the Bay Area and enjoys wine, bicycling, and skiing.
