Director of Sales Engineering
With more than 30 years in software industry, Mike has spent his career leading teams architecting and selling software solutions at companies such as EMC, NetIQ (acquired by Attachmate), Zenprise (acquired by Citrix). Mike has extensive expertise in bringing products to market by developing engineering teams in pre- and post-sales roles for startup and enterprise alike. His experience has developed programs to enable others to sell and deliver solutions at scale.
At Zenprise, Mike lead the Partner Enablement and worldwide sales engineering teams. Under his leadership, the sales engineering team drove 5x growth in revenue over a 3 year period. The Partner Enablement programs double partner sales year in the following two years taking over the team.
After the Zenprise acquisition, Mike served as Lead Sales Solutions Architect for the Citrix Endpoint Management product line. After fully integrating the solution in the Citrix product suite, he lead the Rapid Deployment team which architected on-premises to cloud migration solutions, enabled Worldwide Customer Success and provided solution architecture to sales teams.
Mike received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston. He and his wife live in Houston. He enjoys swimming, biking, college basketball and time with his two sons.
