TK was formerly Regional Sales Director at Gainsight for almost a decade, where he helped hundreds of Enterprise organizations increase net retention and improve upsell/cross-sell, while reducing OPEX of scaling their customer success teams. Prior to Gainsight, TK held sales and leadership roles at Salesforce.com, Vendavo, Oracle and Aligo.TK holds a BA from Duke University, majoring in Computer Science, Economics and Markets & Management.
